I’m a property expert, certified project management professional, interior designer, consultant, entrepreneur, youth enthusiast, motivational speaker, and proud mother of two adorable kids.
I am founding CEO of MICNERRISS Co. Ltd., a books and stationery company driven by a strong desire to grow its commercial base by a committed sense of customer satisfaction.
I am also a partner at EXOTIQ Properties Ltd., a real estate consultancy offering a range of services including surveying, valuation, facility management, corporate and residential estate management, interior decoration and retail services.
Over the years at EXOTIQ Properties, we have built close working relationships with a number of commercial and domestic property owners who entrust us with the responsibility of managing their properties.
Before venturing into these enterprises, I undertook employments with various corporate organizations—notably sales and marketing manager at Market Direct Ghana and HR manager at Bakers Inn, and excelled in my roles, and gathered experience.
I recognize the importance of education and was privileged to be given education by my parents. I strived to advance, and earned myself additional certifications and degrees, including an MBA and certification in Project Management.
I’ve lived most of my life in Ghana, my home country, but my interest in travelling took me to a few places outside the country for business and for vacations. Other hobbies I indulge in when I am free are reading, swimming, and listening to music; and of course spending time with my two vibrant kids, Nerrisa and Michael, and my many adoptive children.
I am a confident, committed, optimistic woman, easy going by nature and able to get along easily with people. I’m a multitasker—because my commitments and responsibilities as a career woman and mother are a lot.
I am quite ambitious too, and I dream big. My biggest ambition is to become for Ghana what Opera Winfrey is to America. I see myself in her, and I feel I can really relate with her story. Like her, I believe in the youth, and I want to become a mother to the youth—the woman the youth listen to. I want to be known for many things—such as my positive attitude to life, and my energy igniting those who come into contact with me, but above all, I want to be known as a MOTIVATOR and YOUTH ADVOCATOR.
Owing to my ability to relate well with young people, I believe I can empower them through motivational speaking, and teach them from their early stages the right steps to take to become better adults. In the youth, I see hope. I want to nurture that hope until it matures into the problem-solving leadership that Ghana needs.
